The Mayor of Englewood Cliffs, Joseph Parisi, released the latest statistics on the busy intersection of Route 9W and Palisade Avenue. Collisions at the intersection have dropped over the past year. Officials are attributing the decrease to the borough's red-light cameras. Total collisions at the busy intersection fell to 23 from June 2012 to May 2013, compared to 30 crashes during the prior 12 months.
