Gun charges can have serious consequences for any offender. If you have been arrested and charged with a gun-related crime, it is important to seek experienced legal counsel. You could face mandatory jail time upon conviction. An experienced legal advocate can independently investigate your case, identify weaknesses in the prosecution’s case, negotiate a plea bargain, or effectively defeat the charges against you.
Now is the time for advocacy. Now is the time for action. Now is the time for results. Call 732-702-0333 or contact us online for a free consultation or case evaluation with our experienced Freehold gun crimes attorneys.

GUN LAWS IN NEW JERSEY
New Jersey law requires any weapons holder to have a lifetime firearm purchaser card to purchase or own rifles, shotguns, handguns, and ammunition. Owners must also have a separate permit from a local police department for each handgun. Those permits must be renewed within 90 days of expiration. Handguns can only be purchased every 30 days. If you are in violation of any of the gun laws or permit laws in New Jersey, you could face serious fines and penalties. We are experienced in all aspects of gun law, including weapons forfeiture cases.
